Jacqui has been working at Convey since its inception 6 years years ago, but before that worked with our Managing Director, Steve Fisher, as well as most of the rest of the team, for over 10 years. She has been our Office Manager for many years, but has recently taken on the management of our Support Team as well.
As Office Manager, Jacqui is responsible for the smooth running of our office operations. In her new role as Team Leader for the Support Team, she ensures that the team are always delivering first class support to all of our customers: “We’re always ensuring we continue to exceed customers’ expectations for support levels and help our customers utilise our compliance software to its full potential”.
Jacqui describes why she likes working at Convey: “I work with a great team of people, there is a genuine spirit of co-operation and we all listen to each other’s ideas. I’m always in awe of what everyone does here and how everyone’s individual roles come together to produce the products and services we have today! We’re always pushed to learn more to ensure our customers get the best out of us!”
